Festival

4 - 6 January
Southbound Festival is a camping experience
plus exclusive entertainment for campers. Complementing
this unique camping experience campers will
have their own entertainment area featuring
acoustic performances from some of the world's
finest artists, under an impressive big top.

Lane

23 January
Petticoat Lane is a major tourist event with
over 200 market stalls. The main streets of
Busselton are cleared of cars and the traffic
comes to a stop as people converge from all
areas to join in the fun of Petticoat Lane.

It’s a one day festival, and it’s one of the
indicators that life in the South West stops
for a party. There's food, entertainment, motorbikes
show,ooutrageous vintage machinery and the local
school dance on the stage. Its a festival worth
looking out for.

Collie Marathon Relay

13 October
The settings of the Marathon are the picturesque
countryside, river and bushland of the Collie
River Valley, with the start and finish at the
Collie Showgrounds.

Brunswick
Agriculture Show

27 October
The Brunswick Agricultural Show is biggest one
day show held in Australia with approximately
15 thousand people attending. This year the
show will showcase some of the top stud dairy
and beef cattle in the South West as well as
a large contingent of breeding horses, the ring
events are also a popular item with many riders
competing in the various events.

of Country Gardens Spring Festival

1 - 5 November
The event features a significant number of private
gardens which are opened to the public for the
festival. Entry fees depend on the individual
gardener but are in the range of $3 to $5 dollars
per person and usually no charge for children.
The open gardens are located in Balingup, Bridgetown,
Greenbushes, Manjimup and Nannup.

Agriculture Show

The Bridgetown Agricultural Show has been held
continuously in some form since 1885, making
it the longest running agricultural show in
the South West. The show galvanizes the local
community and showcases the unique topography
and talents in the area. It offers something
for everyone from farmers who show their livestock,
to children who enter the various sections of
the show or who proudly display their `perfect
pooch`.
