The Blow Holes

The blowholes is an area which has attractions for all tastes. A powerful jet of water is forced with terrific pressure through a hole in the rocks, sometimes to a height of 20 metres.

Nambung National Park

Nambung National Park is located on the Swan Coastal Plain, 245 kilometres north of Perth, 260 kilometres south of Geraldton. The park contains one of Australia's most fascinating landscapes - the Pinnacles Desert. These limestone formations reach 5 metres tall in area of sand of varying colours.

The Pinnacles

The Pinnacles are limestone formations. The raw material for the limestone of the Pinnacles came from seashells in an earlier epoch rich in marine life. These shells were broken down into lime rich sands which were carried inland to form high mobile dunes.

Red Bluff

Red Bluff, named by Willem de Vlamingh in 1697, is a good spot at which you can swim, fish or go exploring. You can't help but be impressed by the amazing coastal cliffs you'll see. Delicate threads of rock giving the appearance of frozen tears and a formation believed to be 400 million years old.
