Hervey Bay Historical Village &  Museum

The Hervey Bay Historical Village & Museum is a long-standing icon of Hervey Bay’s settlers, industrial and agricultural history. Opened in in 1974, the Museum comprised one building which was the first Public Hall at Dundowran and donated by the residents there.

Open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1.00pm- 5.00pm (Summer) and 4.30pm (Winter). On Sundays from 1.00pm- 3.00pm

Mount Walsh National Park

Mount Walsh National Park is a rugged wilderness park with open eucalypt forest and dry rainforest with spectacular views. Flora and Fauna Steep Forested Slopes, Sheltered Gullies, Rugged ridge lines with mountain areas with spectacular exposed granite outcrops and cliffs support an amazing diversity of vegetation.

Brennan & Geraghty Store Museum

The Brennan & Geraghty Store is a large grocery store, operated by one family from 1871 - 1972. The trust acquired the shop with contents, which are displayed on the shelves. The interior is very intact and is typical of many all purpose stores that were once located throughout Queensland. Contents range from unsold stock from the 1890's to 1920's advertising material.

Anzac Park & Ululah Lagoon

Anzac Park being Maryborough’s major playground contains a skate bowl, children's fort, flying fox and other play equipment, barbecues, picnic facilities and toilet blocks. The park also has facilities for visitors with a disability including a liberty swing.
