— Go north along Captain Cook Highway and follow
the signs to Mossman/Port Douglas. To enter Port
Douglas town, turn right into Port Douglas Road.

Bus
— There are a number of direct transfer operators
running between the airport and Port Douglas. Most
require reservations in advance. Adult fare is about
AU$ 30 one way, AUS60 for a return trip. Journey
time is about 60 mins. Many of the resorts run their
own independent shuttle services at about AU$ 55
per person. Children will usually be charged a half-fare. |
