Manneken Piss
Sablon Church and Square

Atomium

Musées Royaux des Beaux-Arts
Belgian Centre of Comic Strip Art

Palais Royal

Grand Place

Make a visit to the Grand Place first thing in the day. And the last thing too. In daylight, you

can take in the details of the Hotel de Ville and the Maison du Roi, the landmark buildings in

the square. You can take a tour of the Hotel de Ville. At night, the ornate buildings are

illuminated in a music and light show called Son et Lumiere (available in summer).

Manneken Piss

Take some time out to check out the most famous (and amusing) statue in Brussels, the

Manneken Piss statue of a boy. Most days, the statue is nude, but at other times, it is dressed

in a variety of costumes!

Sablon Church and Square

Head to Sablon Church in Sablon Square to take in the outstanding stained glass windows. Also

at the square is renowned chocolatier Wittamer, selling the famous and delicious Belgian Pralines.

Atomium

Built for the 1958 World's Fair, this unique structure is a model representing an Iron atom.

The Atomium also know for its surrounding park, in particular the Mini-Europe model park,

where you can see miniature representations of landmarks from around the continent - Big-

Ben's Tower Clock, the Gondolas of Venice, the French TGV and the eruption of Vesuvius -

all in one place.
