Nova Scotia Museum of
Natural History
This modern botanical museum showcases the flora & fauna of Nova
Scotia, with galleries themed geology, botany, mammals, and
birds, as well as archaeology and Mi'kmaq culture. Some of the
most unique aspects of this museum is its extensive collection
of life-like ceramic fungus and a colony of honey bees that come
and go freely.

History Site
This impressive site
is a well-preserved site of four forts forming the harbour's
most formidable defenses against enemies in olden times, with
actors in convincing costumes re-enacting the scenes from times
past and exhibits about life at the fort. This spot also offers
a spectacular panorama of its surroundings from the top. |
