Aalborg: Things To See & Do

Tivoliland
The largest
entertainment park in Denmark, this is a popular place for a fun
day out for families. There are rollercoasters, rides, food and
games stalls and many other activities to entertain every member
of the family.

Aalborg Tower
Rising 105 metres
into the sky, this tower with its summit restaurant is popular
for the spectacular views it offers.

Lindholm Høje
Scandinavia's
largest Viking burial ground is located on the northern side of
the nearby Lim Fjord. Visitors to the site can wander through an
interesting museum which chronicles how the ancient inhabitants
of Lindholm must have once lived and died.

Jutland Ridge
The area around the
city is popular with both locals and visitors for its scenic
beauty, and on weekends, in good weather, many people go on day
hikes, bicycle rides and picnics around the area.
