Fiji Museum

oldest museum, houses an impressive archaeological collection such as ancient boats and

weapons dating as far back as 3500 years reflecting both Fiji's inhabitants, early settlers and

other communities that have made the island their home over the past 100 years.

This wonderful street market is not only the place to get all the local fresh produce such as

tropical fruits and vegetables but also the place to view the sights and sounds of the bustling

and friendly community of the island's inhabitants, giving visitors a taste of the island's

multicultural flavour.

Colo-I-Suva Forest Park

For nature lovers and bird watchers, this is the place to look out for! Aside from the lush greenery

of the tropical rainforest, visitors get to follow nature trails and spot numerous species of birds which can only be found in Fiji. Even if you're not much of a nature lover, you can still take a dip

in one of the natural swimming pools and enjoy a family picnic in the park.

Parliament of Fiji

The Fiji's Parliament building located southeast of downtown is modeled after the traditional

Fijian roof. Although there are no organized tours arranged, visitors can watch the parliamentary debates from the visitors' gallery or just stroll along the outside walkways.
