La Petite France
Old Strasbourg is on view
here, with quaint 16th Century houses and their reflections in the
waters of the Ill River. The wooden structures of the houses in this
quarter display the Alsatian style of building.

Palais Rohan
An elegant palace built for an
18th Century Cardinal which now houses a collection of fine paintings
and archeological findings from the Roman and Merovingian periods.

An
imposing Gothic structure with a 141 m tall tower dominating the city’s
skyline. Features an astronomical clock built in the 16th Century.

Musee Alsacien
Three old houses are combined
to present visitors with examples of traditional Alsatian life, such as
its folk arts, crafts and culture.

Place Kleber
This square is located at the
heart of the city, and is named for a General who served Napoleon with
distinction. The General’s status occupies the place of honour. Watering
holes around the square offer Alsatian beer.
