Checkpoint Charlie & The Mauer Museum
During the Cold War, Checkpoint Charlie was the most infamous gate in the Berlin Wall. After the destruction of the Wall, its memory has been kept alive at the Mauer Museum (also known as the Haus Am Checkpoint Charlie), which located near the old border crossing.
