The airport is a approx. 30-minute drive (longer in the rush hour) from
Jakarta, off the Soediyatmo toll road (Bandara exit).

Taxi —
Some Taxis can be booked at counters in the
arrivals areas and in the main halls of the terminals. Costs approx. IDR 150
000 & takes approx. 45 mins to the city. Road tolls costing approx. IDR 7
000 may be added to the fare. Be wary of some unscrupulous taxi drivers. |

Bus —
DAMRI shuttle bus runs every 30-60 mins
between Kemayoran, Gambir Train Station, Rawamangun, Blok M/ Kebayoran Baru
and Bekasi, costing approx. IDR 4000R & takes approx. 1 hour. Buses also
leave for Kilideres Station, costing approx. IDR 8000-15000 and takes
approx. 30 mins. |
