spectacular festival celebrates ancient traditions
and rituals with some of the most evocative

The Bon Festival

This is one of the traditional festivals during
which many companies close their office. The people
will then proceed to light lanterns and let drift on
the river.

Kishiwada Danjiri
Festival |
14 – 15 September
Members of the town guild will drag a wooden cart
“Danjiri” across town. While drums and bells
motivate the cart draggers throughout the whole
ordeal.

Mido-Suji Parade
