Mt. Hallasan National Park

Standing tall in the middle of Jejudo Island, this mountain was established as a national park in 1970. The combination of warm and cold climate areas on this mountain gives rise to a rich ecosystem of flora and fauna, where thousands of species of plants, animals and insects can be found here.

Opening Hrs:

Ascent to the top of the mountain begins from 5-6am, wile descent to the bottom from the top starts from 12pm, depending on weather conditions and season. Please refer to website for more details. Open all year round except in exceptionally bad weather.

From KRW 1600 for adults(25-64), KRW 600 for youths(13-24)/military personnel & KRW 300 for children(7-12).

Jeju National Museum

This historical museum preserves, showcases and studies the island's history and cultural heritage. It houses a huge collection of ancient relics from the prehistoric age right through to the Joseon Dynasty. Exhibitions are also held here from time to time.

Jeju Soingook Theme Park

Jeju's major tourist attraction covers approximately 20,000 sq metres and houses a collection of miniature models of famous architecture from all over the world including Jeju International Airport, London's Tower Bridge, Leaning Tower of Pisa, and so much more. This theme park also houses an anthropological and cultural showcase with hands-on programmes, fossils and popular culture exhibition.

Yeomiji Botanical Garden

Reputedly the best in Asia, this botanical garden houses over 2,000 plant species, including some really rare ones. This garden is divided into sub-sections such as Water Lily Garden, Jungle Garden, Sub-Tropical Fruits Garden, Cactus Garden & an Observation Platform, where Cheonjeyeon Falls, Mt. Hallasan and Marado Island can be seen clearly.
