sun, there are plenty of beaches to choose from on Tenerife. These are
just a few of the more popular sandy stretches on the island: Playa de
las Americas, Playa de los Cristianos and Playa de las Caletillas. Playa
de El Puertito and Playa del Roque are particularly noteworthy for
having black volcanic sand.
