Gloucester Cathedral
The main attraction of this
cathedral is the huge Great East Window, which is almost a big as a
tennis court and was created sometime in the 14th century. Another
popular attraction is the tower, which offer spectacular views of the

Emperor Nerva
Statue
This statue was raised in
2002 to celebrate the 1900th anniversary of the founding of Gloucester
and appropriately enough, immortalizes Marcus Nerva,
the Roman emperor who first made Gloucester a self-governing city
in AD 97 (though it was called Colonia Nerviana Glevensis at the time).

Gloucester Folk Museum
One of the country's oldest
established museums dedicated to social history, this museum offers
exhibitions, displays, and hands-on activities to bring the past to
life. The museum is particularly popular for school tours, but its also
a good place for foreign visitors to learn about the traditional English
way of life.
