McCarran International Airport Transfer

McCarran International Airport is located 5 km/3 Miles SSE of the Strip, and 9 km/6 Miles S of the downtown area.

Bus — All buses depart from Terminal 1 Arrivals. Citizen's Area Transport (CAT) Bus 108 to downtown Las Vegas. Route: Buses travel north on Swenson & Southy on Paradise, serving downtown Las Vegas (but not the strip). Buses call at the airport lower level (ground level zero). Timings: Operates every 40-60 mins. CAT Bus 109 N to downtown and also southbound. Route: SSTT - Airport - Maryland Parkway to Downtown Las Vegas (but not the strip), stopping at Fremont St. Buses call at the airport lower level (ground level zero). Timings: Operates every 40-60 mins, 24 hrs a day.

Taxis — To the Strip/Casinos approx. USD 12-15, approx. 10-15 mins. To Downtown Las Vegas approx. USD 20, approx. 15-25 mins. Taxis will not accept credit card payments. There is a USD 1.20 surcharge on all fares from the airport. First one eighth of a mile USD 3.20, each extra eighth mile USD 0.25, waiting time USD 22 per hour. Airport pick-up USD 1.20.

Shuttle Van — Las Vegas Airport Shuttle costs USD 22 - 29 to the city. Serves both terminals and runs to the Strip approx. USD 5 one-way (approx. USD 9.50 round-trip), Hotels & Downtown Las Vegas approx. USD 6.50 (approx. USD 12.50 round trip). Ticket booths are in the terminals.
