This festival celebrates international film works from various countries worldwide throughout Portland. The festival, which is presented by Northwest Film Center's Guild Theater, generally begins in February and runs for three weeks.

Day weekend (1 - 3 September)
This craft fair held every Labour weekend celebrates art Portland-style, with more than 100 booths offering paintings, pottery, crafts and a wide selection of ethnic dishes and live performances.
