Noi Bai International Airport Transfer Noi Bai International Airport is located 35 km north of Hanoi. Bus — Vietnam Airlines runs a bus service to Hanoi city centre. The buses leave from the Vietnam Airlines office, and only travel when they are full, so departure time is erratic. Passengers can request drop-off directly at their hotel if it’s not too far from the city centre. Fare is 45,000 dong (US$ 3) and travel time is about 40 mins. Taxi — Taxi vouchers can be bought from the taxi counters inside and outside the arrival halls.     The official airport taxi fare is US$10. The receipt can be presented to the official airport taxi     drivers congregating outside the terminal. There are also unofficial taxi drivers outside, and may  take passengers for less than the official fare.
